BOOKING CONDITIONS
Payment A deposit of £75 (made payable to Mrs. J. Meredith) is required for each week reserved, the balance being due for payment during your stay. Postal Address: High Arnside Farm, Coniston, Cumbria, LA21 8DW Payment can be made direct to my bank. The details are: Sort Code: 40-47-01 Account Number: 41279734 Account Name: J E Meredith Please include your surname and arrival date as a reference. Alternatively, deposits and payment can be taken by switch over the telephone.		Cancellation If you cancel your reservation we will endeavour to re-let the cottage for the dates concerned, however, if we are not able to re-let you will still be liable for the balance of the rent due. Damages & Breakages All damages and breakages must be paid for and should be reported as soon as possible. Arrival & Departure Low and High Arnside will be available from 2.30 p.m. and must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. DOGS Dogs (2) only accepted at Low Arnside. Dogs must not be left alone at the Cottage and are not allowed upstairs. Number of Guests Both cottages sleep up to 6 people only.
